We’re looking to fill a Full Time Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant, Paraprofessional position.

Essential Duties:

  • Booking transactions in QuickBooks for entities, including, but not limited to corporations, trusts, limited liability companies and partnerships.
  • Process tax returns
  • Contacting clients
  • Scheduling
  • Filing
  • General office duties


Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • 5+ years of general bookkeeping experience on Quickbooks
  • 5+ years of experience in Excel and Word
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Light tax experience
  • Solid organizational and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Attentive to detail
  • Must be a team player comfortable working in a small CPA office environment
