We’re looking to fill a Full Time Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant, Paraprofessional position.
- Booking transactions in QuickBooks for entities, including, but not limited to corporations, trusts, limited liability companies and partnerships.
- Process tax returns
- Contacting clients
- General office duties
- 5+ years of general bookkeeping experience on Quickbooks
- 5+ years of experience in Excel and Word
- Basic Computer skills
- Light tax experience
- Solid organizational and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Attentive to detail
- Must be a team player comfortable working in a small CPA office environment
