We are currently hiring an experienced recruiter / business developer / account manager for our Oil & Gas recruitment team here in Denver. GES Energy & Natural Resources is a team of specialized oil & gas recruiters across three verticals (E&P, Midstream and Oilfield Services). We focus on placing highly sought after talent mainly in engineering, highly technical and executive roles with clients across the Rockies and other US onshore locations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years recruitment experience in a highly candidate driven environment, generating candidates almost exclusively through referrals and headhunting.

We have seen tremendous growth in the past year and are strategically adding strong resources to the team to build out additional vertical market segments adjacent to existing businesses.

All our consultants specialize in distinct vertical markets segments and ultimately run a full desk. There is a great opportunity for the right individual to leverage on our existing network of relationships and quickly expand into your own market segment.

We offer a base salary and a highly competitive commission payout as well as a great benefits package.
